Greyhawk Foreign Minister, formerly a colonel in the Greyhawk Mountaineers assigned to the Outer Realm of the Cairn Hills. The party was dispatched from Diamond Lake to seek a treaty between humans and lizardfolk in the region from Webb. He is a fit, trim, middle-aged man with dusky skin, neatly-cropped beard and hair, and a clear military bearing. He speaks in a disarmingly soft, yet strangely cold voice. He is assisted by Keithan Irvine. Flattery won’t get anyone anywhere with Webb unless they can demonstrate specific knowledge of his military history or a true understanding of what it is like to serve in a military order in the Cairn Hills. He is rumored to have some unknown beef with Trask.
