Favorite activity is to flog his own back with a cat-o-nine-tails, and go to the seedy parts of town to convert others to do the same. Wierus delviered what appeared to be a prophecy to Tyrrell before marking him with strange green light and bestowing some mysterious abilities upon the rogue. Religious pilgrims from all over the Cairn Hills have begun arriving in Diamond Lake in answer to Wierus’s call. Wierus was killed when the church of St. Cuthbert collapsed upon him in the earthquakes of 4 Ready’reat, CY 595, but his ghost circled the wreckage until late Sunsebb CY 595, when Riddle offered to carry his scourge to the dawning of a New Age.
