Regal fire giant in a position of power at the Citadel of Weeping Dragons. The party defeated him in combat but left him alive when he insisted he would never allow them access to the vault (where they believe the phylactery of Dragotha to be held). They stranded him at the bottom of the canyon in Kongen-Thulnir while they searched the Citadel.
